We process material to the size and form you actually need — so you buy what you use, not what the coil happened to come in.
Steel arrives from the mill in whatever size suits the mill — usually a heavy coil or a standard sheet. Most buyers do not need that. They need a particular width, a particular length, or a particular profile, and getting there means either paying someone to cut it or absorbing the offcuts as waste.
Having us process the material before it leaves means three things. You pay for the steel you use rather than the steel you scrap; you pay freight on your actual requirement instead of on offcuts; and the cutting is done on proper equipment rather than improvised on site.
Cut-to-length processing that decoils, flattens and cuts coil into flat sheets at the length you specify, rather than the standard 8 ft or 10 ft. Useful whenever a standard sheet would leave you trimming every piece.
Standard sheets cut down to your dimensions. Bring us the size you need and we cut from stock, so a 4×8 sheet does not have to become three unusable offcuts in your workshop.
Heavy MS plate cut to your drawing or dimensions, right through our 12 mm to 100 mm plate range. Saves handling and cutting heavy plate yourself, which is slow and needs equipment most workshops do not have.
Wide coil slit lengthways into narrower strips at the widths you specify, and re-coiled. The standard first step for pipe making, roll forming, strapping and any process that feeds from narrow coil.
Shearing coil to length in blanks and pieces, cut square and to size. For fabricators who want material ready to weld or form as it arrives, without a cutting stage of their own.
Colour coated (PPGI) and galvanized (GP) coil roll-formed into corrugated profile for roofing and cladding. You choose the coil, coating and colour, and take delivery as finished sheet ready to fix.
